Coaching
In coaching, we often set a concrete goal for the process, e.g. to improve communication, change bad habits or overcome barriers that stand in the way of what you want. Coaching is a little more practically than therapy, and can be a good place to start if you want to work with your own approach, e.g. at work or in a relationship that is difficult and important to you.

Open Space Therapy.
Open Space is fairly new in Denmark. This means that the conversation takes place in a public place. It can be in nature, at an art museum or something else entirely. Suitable for those who are trying therapy for the first time and are a little nervous at the thought of sitting in an interview room. Groups can be created on demand.
